Interactive Engagement: Your Wellness Coach will reach out to you at your best available time to discuss your results and suggestions for your upcoming experience along with the associated at-home preparation.

Hospitality Questionnaire: Our Hospitality Team sends you a Site-Specific Questionnaire to provide you with an exceptional and seamless service with all your personal preferences.
Pre-Departure Preparation: Your Wellness Coach reviews the final details of your travel, program and benchmarks for your experience.

Your Bespoke Program in our Eco-System

Travel: Your Local Guide will contact you before your departure to keep in touch in the process of your travel to our destination.

Destination Arrival: Your Local Guide and/or airport team welcomes you to the destination and assists with your bags.

Domestic Transfer: Our Local Team guides you to our Healing Sanctuary, Signature Retreat, Wellness Village or House Of EEVA.

Welcome: Our Team welcomes you to our accredited venue and program, facilitates a COVID-19 test, you are guided to your accommodation, and advised on your safe zones while we wait for the results of your test. Your Wellness Coach reviews your program in detail and makes any final adjustments to ensure up-to-date adaptations.

Program: Your Transformative Experience in our Eco-System.

Departure: Your Wellness Coach reviews your results in detail and makes any final observations and recommendations for your next phase of supporting your wellness lifestyle. Our Team sends you off with you local guide to arrive safely and in time for your trip home.

Domestic Transfer: Your Local Guide takes you to your port of departure.

Destination Departure: Your Local Guide drops you off and ensure everyone and all your luggage are safely en route.

Travel: Your Local Guide will maintain contact until you arrive safely at home.
